Emergency preparedness information available in 10 Asian and African languages

The Asian Family Center, a program of the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO), recently made available emergency preparedness information translated into 10 Asian and African languages. The Asian languages include Cambodian, Hmong, Lao, Mien, and Vietnamese.

The flyers, including an emergency fact sheet, emergency contact information, and guidelines for a 72-hour emergency kit, are available for free at the following Portland locations:

  • Asian Family Center, 4424 N.E. Glisan Street
  • IRCO, 10301 N.E. Glisan Street
  • Africa House, 8523 S.E. Stark Street
